Q: Where is your store located at?

A: We are located at 1630 West San Carlos Street, directly across the street from See's Candies. You can find Directions to our store here.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open from 11 AM to 7PM Every day. Holiday hours will vary.

Q: Where do you guys get your stuff?

A: Our dealers get their merchandise from various sources, such as ordering it from other sources, buying it from out of town places, or from costomers selling their old clothing to us.

Q: When do you normally buy clothing?

A: At the time being there is no set time or date we buy clothing. It just sort of happens. Just call our store to see if the dealer on duty that day is interested and set aside a set time to come in and do biusness.Our employees do not buy.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I put something on hold?

A: Yes, but only for 24 hours, where then it will be put back on the floor.

Q: Do you have X item in Y color at Z Price?

A: We most likely have X item, but in Y color and Z price is something that you are going to have to come in the store and see for yourself. We have alot of stuff, and going through it over the phone to see if we have it is going take ALOT of time. We will be more than happy to help you in person, though.
